The Man Who Started It All - 1968
Late Shri Babulal Dagaji Chaudhari
The story of Babulal Ice Cream is a testament to resilience, vision, and the power of mentorship. Our journey began in 1968 in the town of Warora. Our founder, Shri Babulal Dagaji Chaudhari, was a hardworking man supporting his family by distributing newspapers.
His life changed when his mentor, Shri Annaji Wankhede, recognized his potential and offered a piece of advice that would shape the future: "Babulal, you should start an ice cream business."
Inspired by this guidance, Shri Babulalji rented a small space from the Vitthal Mandir Devasthan at Gandhi Chowk (Gol Bazar) and established "Babulal Cold Drinks House." What started as a humble stall has, over five decades, blossomed into one of the most trusted names in the region.

We are proud to be a family-run enterprise where the secret ingredient has always been dedication. The small sapling planted by our founder was nurtured into a massive tree by the second generation, who standardized our quality and established our reputation.
